Useful measurements include the available body width, existing round duct diameter, planned duct length and number of elbows. A filter enquiry needs the hood model or interface marking: HC18 Carbon Pair and the HC14 Insert fitting are different. For cabinet or ceiling questions, describe the proposed location without sending unrelated property documents.

For visible delivery damage, identify the canopy, chimney, filter housing or connector involved and retain the packing. Ask through the same email before returning a part or to correct details in a request. A photograph or description of an interface cannot by itself establish structural support or an approved installation clearance.
