How a ventilation review is recorded

A saved duct-planning review begins with your width, duct diameter, room volume, route length and elbow inputs. The server session retains those raw values and the selected extractor parts. A cookie identifies that session; CSRF protection is applied to forms that change or submit the plan.

The delivery submission writes a private JSONL request combining its ventilation review, item list and amounts with your name, email, street address, city and postal code. Its receipt stays in the session for viewing. The card inputs are unnamed and do not form part of the data sent with this submission.

No analytics integration is used. Optional preference information enters local storage only after preference consent. Newsletter signup has its own email, consent and timestamp record and enables the 10% reduction on goods, excluding delivery.
